Prayer:

Thanksgiving:
Lord, I come before You with open arms and I bless You, Father. I love You and am grateful to be Your child and Your servant. You alone are worthy of honor and glory. (Take time to list as many things as you can think of that you are grateful for. Gratitude is transforming!)

Confession:
I recognize my need for You and my inability to reach Your standard. I need You and I desire to be whole and cleansed before You. I lift my heart to You daily for examination. (Take time in His Presence. Mine today: I confess my dependence on You to get through being sick and caring for our family. I want to “press through” on my own strength but I need You. I give my need to You and ask that You will help me not to try to do this on my own.)

Supplication:
I lift my needs to You, Lord. (Mine today: I’ve been struggling with a potential ear infection for over a week, and it’s not resolving as quickly as I would like it to. Heal my body, Lord, and I pray that I could avoid antibiotics. If You desire I take them show me clearly. I also pray for my other health need, the hormonal challenges, which are difficult at the moment too. I ask for ongoing healing, and I pray for the symptoms to cease today.)

Intercession:
I lift my children to You for Your intervention. (Journal praises, victories, and progress. Share needs, concerns, and challenges. Chloe: Thank You that she is back to sleeping through the night for five straight nights! She has the ongoing challenge of lacking verbal self-control. Give us Your wisdom, and also touch the place in her heart that causes her rudeness and controlling behavior. I also pray that I will not express my exasperation with her, because I’ve been feeling worn down. Christian today: he is doing so amazingly well in this school! Last night we set a name-writing practice sheet in front of him, and he did all 4 lines—AND he was verbalizing the letters as he wrote!!! He was sounding the letters out correctly and intentionally!!! This is HUGE. Thank You, Lord!! He is also making progress in the bathroom. He needs continued progress. Lord, please help him not to have accidents in his pull-up. Please help him to stop suppressing his BMs and go to the toilet when he needs to poo. I pray that he will be out of pull-ups and into underwear soon.)

Thanksgiving and Consecration:
God, I bless You for giving me this time with You each day. I thank You that You are guiding us as we pray for our children. I lift each person sharing this prayer with me to You for Your blessing, Your intervention, Your comfort, and Your healing. You are good, and You desire good things for us. Seal this time and protect each and every one of us as we go forth this day. In Jesus’ Name I pray, amen!

Blessing and Benediction:

Philippians 4:7 - (May) the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
